Located at Main & Main (11th and Pearl) in downtown Boulder, the former Daily Camera Building has been redeveloped into PearlWest, a four (4) story, mixed use building. The PearlWest project includes a total of 289,354 square feet, with over 112,000 square feet of below-grade parking (including an automated 59 space parking system), over 40,000 square feet of restaurant/retail space that includes a 4,000 square foot roof top restaurant space in the Walnut building. The second through fourth floors of both buildings contain over 120,000 square feet of office space that are connected via an enclosed pedestrian bridge across the alley. The project is pursuing LEED Platinum certification.
The Project features cutting edge green building techniques and technology and commercial and retail space that accommodates both large and small companies, local businesses and entrepreneurs. The mixed use development responds to the adjacent new and old buildings and design consequently adapts to the character of each. The design permeates vertically and horizontally with view opportunities, expansive outdoor decks, gardens and contrasting combinations of stone, concrete, timber, metal and glass.
