Metro State University of Denver –  Phase II Athletics Complex consisted of construction of a 20,000 SF Auxiliary Athletic support facility as well as three artificial turf athletics fields and the associated landscaping on a 13 acre site.

The brownfield site was developed with the intent of relocating athletic facilities from the northeast end of campus to meet the needs for academic space on campus. The program consisted of construction of baseball, softball and soccer fields to relocate these functions as well as building the new Auxiliary Athletic Building, which includes locker room facilities for academics, recreation and division II varsity athletics, strength and conditioning space, athletic training room, team and public meeting space, faculty and coach offices, concessions, restroom facilities, event ticketing and storage.
