Project One was engaged to assist with this 30+ acre site preparation and infrastructure project to accommodate future large retail, hotel and restaurant tenant, including Cabela’s Lone Tree location. The property is located at the west corner of the intersection of I-25 and RidgeGate Parkway.

Working with the Developer, District and future tenant, our team provided overall budget and schedule development as well as appropriate cost tracking for the numerous parties. Project One also provided project oversight during the SIP approval process with the City of Lone Tree.
