The University of Colorado Hospital Authority (UCHA) completed development of this offsite Medical Office Building (MOB) and Ambulatory Surgery Center in the Lone Tree community. The MOB project included interior build-out/tenant improvements of approximately 37,000 square feet of multi-specialty clinical areas in an existing core and shell building.

In addition to the interior build-out, the project included core and shell/utility modifications including new construction of a three story common lobby, required structural modifications for the support of two new Roof Top Units, the construction of one new elevator shaft within the existing building, water and electrical utility upgrades to meet the demands of the use of the space by UCH for the Clinic and code upgrades required for the new Ambulatory Surgery Center per the CDPHE.

The MOB/Clinic serves the following departments: Audiology, Cardiology, Ear, Nose & Throat, Gastroenterology, Gynecology Oncology, Imaging/Radiology, Infusion, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Orthopedics/Spine, Pharmacy, Rehabilitation, Urology/Urology Gynecology.
