UCHealth development located west of I-25 and East of Inverness Drive, in Englewood, CO. The ambulatory care center is planned to be an 87,000 SF facility, including 26,000 square feet of medical office space, 34,000 square feet of ambulatory surgery space and 27,000 square feet of shell space, stretching four stories. The center is designed to include up to six operating rooms, exam room, short stay beds, endoscopy rooms, a therapy pool, physical therapy space, MRI, CT, general radiation rooms and clinical space. The project is designed to be LEED Healthcare certified. The master site plan also includes a future hospital with a parking garage.
