The total project will include the renovation of approximately 13,000 SF to prepare for the addition, demolishment of the existing East Wing — including the current administration building and parking structure — constructing a new 305,000 square foot East Wing in its place that will include a below grade parking structure and new central utility plant to back-feed the existing hospital, support services, emergency and imaging department. As well, an on-grade entry plaza and lobby will be included in the departmental space. The construction of a helipad and tenant space building will also be included on top of the north corner of the garage.
