Project One conducted an initial review of the Project on behalf of the Lender (and Borrower) including review of the project team, solicitation, organization and review of the Project Documents, the contract between the contract between the Borrower/Design/Builder, review of the overall cost/budget, including a detailed review of hard costs, and a review of the schedule for construction.

Throughout the construction of the project, Project One provided review of monthly construction payment disbursement requests/draws for hard costs, monthly field visits with the Borrower and photos of the site, general review of the construction schedule and change orders, review and tracking of all required invoices and lien waivers, and review of the soft costs included in the monthly draw.
