The Eating Recovery Center inpatient tenant improvement project in Plano, Texas included a 21,000 square foot Inpatient Facility, as well as, a 10,165 square foot expansion of the existing Partial Hospitalization Program and Commercial Kitchen. The Inpatient Facility is a Licensed Psychiatric Hospital that includes 24 patient rooms, six group/community rooms, a dining room, serving pantry and patient kitchen, seclusion rooms, two patient laundry rooms, three therapy rooms, an emergency room, conference room, an exam room, staff support/stations and consultation rooms. The Partial Hospitalization Program includes administrative offices, an art therapy room, exam room, adult and adolescent group/community rooms and dining rooms and a full-size commercial kitchen. The commercial kitchen services three meals and three snacks a day to patients. The programs operate seven days per week.
