Project One’s work with BayCare Health Systems included the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all of the regional BayCare facilities in Florida. To create the SOP, Project One standardized processes for all facilities, identified opportunities within current processes to potentially streamline communications, incorporated best practices, coordinated consolidating services (i.e. Standard Service Agreements) and identified areas of operational efficiencies.
Our team worked hard to assist with creation of a system wide process and procedure for Real Estate, Facilities, Construction and Purchasing. We also created process mapping for existing major processes and recommendations for streamlining, development of benchmarks and targets for the future, implementation of a leveraged purchasing strategy, and evaluation of insource and outsource opportunities. During our engagement, standards for project management, a common regional maintenance team and master contract Agreements were created for Baycare’s future use.
Project One provided specialized development services for nine (9) months in order to develop a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for BayCare Health Systems.
